30-day pass Terms and Conditions
- Your 30 Day Pass is valid for 30 days from time of purchase
- The 30 Day Pass is only valid for 1 session per day for our Jump & Jungle sessions only.
- It is non-transferable
Urban Jump reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any point.
This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance to become a pass holder during the online sign up and your pass will become live once you have made the initial payment.
24 hours’ notice will be required to cancel or move a booking.
The pass is NOT transferable and would VOID the legal agreement and insurance cover.
Fees and charges
We do not charge a joining or administration fee.
Members are reserved 20 spaces during each bookable session, these spaces are specifically for the usage of members. Once the capacity is reached the member slots will show as fully booked. Urban Jump reserve the right to separate member and non-member capacity during each session. Due to the covid 19 pandemic our capacity is restricted to lower numbers than usual. Urban Jump reserve the right to adjust the capacity numbers as required for the safety of users.
A waiver is required for each member (renewed annually and signed by a Parent/Guardian if a pass holder is under 18) and the safety briefing video is to be watched before every visit.
Urban Jump socks are to be worn at all times.
Please arrive 15 mins before your session to get checked in.
Members are solely responsible for their own belongings and Urban Jump accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
Members must inform Urban Jump of any change of contact and email address, telephone numbers or card details by emailing email@example.com
If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.
There may be occasions where we have to close all/part of the park or cancel/amend the timetable. We will do our best to let you know of such closures/cancellations in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a part or full refund.
