It’s Vital Everyone Watches Our Safety Video Before Jumping.

It is actually mandatory that everyone wishing to jump with us at the centre watches this very important health & safety briefing video prior to each session they intend to bounce. The video contains key information about how to use our trampolines and follow our procedures to ensure that you and everyone around you is safe and has the best time at Urban Jump Trampoline Park. Our commitment to safe activities means this briefing is non-negotiable and forms the cornerstone of our safety protocols.

All participants will be shown the safety briefing video after check-in and before sessions commence, please allow enough time to do this on arrival. We recommend that supervising adults also view the safety video to. By ensuring everyone understands our rules and techniques, we maintain safe activities throughout our entire facility. This comprehensive approach to safe activities has helped us maintain an excellent safety record while maximizing the fun for all our visitors.
